Procedures for Paper Selection
1.Authors submit ¡°Paper Info & Abstract¡± (see appendix) by May 08.
2.Organizing Committee selects from the submitted paper abstracts and makes a preliminary list by mid-May.
3.Authors of paper abstracts on preliminary list submit Paper for Proceedings (file in PPT or PDF format) by June 20.
4.A combination of advice of Organizing Committee and intentions of Authors is used to determine papers for presentations and posters by July 20.
